Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 3 hours. If 3 hours have passed since you purchased my services, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Only credits bought are eligible for a refund; if you have received any service against those credits, we won’t be able to refund it.
To request a refund, please write us at hello@markmemayank.com using your registered email address. After requesting for the refund, you will get the refund amount in your source bank account within 5-7 working days after the confirmation of all the details of the refund request.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
